I constantly have to reset my password on it. The face if never works. ### 1/5 — Horrible *2024-03-08* At least once a month I go to log in using the app and it is usually first thing in the morning. Having not been on the app or logged in to BFCU for a day, I am automatically not able to get in. It says contact your bank. When I call once a month I report the issue and each time the rep on the other side says I should use the web page to log in. So then what is the point of the app! ### 1/5 — Terrible app. Terrible bank. *2021-09-27* This has got to be the worst banking app out there. It is not user friendly and there are no capabilities. If you want to do anything, customer services answer was you have to go into the bank. They get to really get up to date with their technology. The app is so clunky and you can’t see any transaction in your accounts. You have to log into the website which is also a pain. The only reason we had this bank was because they financed our car through the dealership. I would not recommend this bank to anyone. We quickly refinanced our car through another bank because this is absolutely terrible. If you are looking for a reliable, up to date bank this is not the bank for you. If you are looking for a bank app with a lot of features and available options. This is not the bank for you. I would’ve given it zero stars but I had to pick something. Do not go to this bank unless you want to be in bank any time you want to get something done. ### 1/5 — App constantly fails *2020-11-18* This app worked well for a while,However periodically it would lose my password and ID and all of a sudden it wouldn’t except it. I had to call the bank to verify that everything was correct and it was I even went so far as to change my password steel the app did not work so from now on forget the app ### 1/5 — . *2018-11-26* App was perfect for a little while. Now, I’m not sure if it’s the app for bronco it’s self, but I’ve had the same password for pretty much everything and all of a sudden it wouldn’t take it, I got it fixed several times and the app still tells me my password is incorrect. It picks and chooses when it wants to work, more likely it doesn’t. Moral of the story is, it’s incredibly annoying that even my thumb print will not work, it directs you to a number for assistance but, doesn’t give you actual option to speak with a actual person. As I said, it was perfect at first. I could go in as much as I wanted, transfer or check my balance whenever I needed/wanted too, now however I’m lucky if I can even get in and i know for a fact that the password is correct. ### 2/5 — Face ID does not work *2021-05-06* But Face ID works fine for my other financial apps.
