### 4/5 — OG

*2026-06-10, version 11.7.4*

Fast scheduling an appointment, no need to wait on the line.. you can see your tests results before discussing it with your provider, and you can see and manage your upcoming appointments 😄. Very satisfied with my Chart👌🏽

### 2/5 — Pharmacy/Visit flexibility is lacking/look up

*2026-04-20, version 11.6.4.1*

Added: It should allow for a pharmacy to use for mail order maintenance meds as well as an option for non-routine and controlled substances pharmacy usage.
So often insurances require you to use mail order for maintenance meds and it gets messed up far too often because the current app is just designed to fail as it only allows one ‘active’ pharmacy per a given visit when it’s common to need in one visit items sent to two different places due to insurance.
Older Review: The online scheduling is hard to use. It defaults to provider only and won’t let you schedule a nurse only visit for a quick test or vaccine.

Its also really hard to see your vaccine status so far as to where your status/kid’s status is for actual information on date received/location etc and what is coming up and it lacks a system flag to stop sending this one as we aren’t going to get more of that sue to an allergic reaction etc

### 3/5 — Appointment scheduling

*2026-04-12, version 11.6.4.1*

Literally only lets you schedule a walk in for a clinic rather than giving you the option to schedule with your primary doctor/office

### 3/5 — Ramp closing

*2026-04-06, version 11.6.4*

I don’t know what entrance to enter and exit. I need a map to know how to go to my appointment tomorrow at health parkway.

### 2/5 — Too many changes, too often!

*2026-03-16, version 11.6.4*

Seems like there are too many changes too often in this app. Difficult to get same end result because of the changes! Please, make things easier, not more difficult!

### 3/5 — Family notifications

*2026-02-27, version 11.6.4*

When adult has access to 4 total mycharts the alerts saying an update or new result’s are in IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO sort which “my chart” to open. Why not ad the initials of who in these alerts.

### 4/5 — Accuracy

*2026-02-17, version 11.6.4*

Like the accurate report received. Payment plans, reminders, medication renewals, and much more. Test results at hand when needed.

### 4/5 — e check in

*2026-02-15, version 11.6.4*

The e check in process needs tweaking for retired people with Medicare and supplemental health insurance. After indicating I’m on Medicare based on age, why does the system ask if I’m covered by a group health plan based on my current employment or my spouse’s current employment? No! I’m not employed, which I indicated in a previous answer. If you’re retired, on Medicare, and have a supplemental health insurance policy,a question could be “Do you have a Medicare supplemental health insurance coverage policy?”. Those are my thoughts for what it’s worth.

### 4/5 — E CHECK IN

*2026-02-08, version 11.5.2.1*

Meds which are listed to be removed do not get removed! I’m tired of removing them over and over again and they do not get removed !!!!!

### 5/5 — Great Care

*2026-02-03, version 11.5.2.1*

Absolutely great care I was treated with kindness and great care! The staff was amazing thank you all so much!!!

*2026-01-22, version 11.5.2.1*

Getting use to it. All information is there.

### 4/5 — Communicate

*2026-01-10, version 11.5.2.1*

Would be nice to be able to message reception area on MyChart

### 3/5 — Self consistent

*2025-12-27, version 11.5.2.1*

It would be great if once I had a mammogram, the notices for mammograms updated. Also, if I get immunized outside the Bronson system it would be great if that showed up on my chart. I believe the systems communicate with one another.

### 5/5 — Bronson MyChart

*2025-12-20, version 11.5.2.1*

It is very comprehensive, and a great tool for communicating to doctors, looking back through historical tests and procedures, and showing upcoming appointments.
EXCELLENT!!!

### 5/5 — My Chart

I appreciate having my health info ion my hand!

### 3/5 — Editing errors

*2025-12-10, version 11.5.2.1*

Hard to change errors on chart. For example: overdue test. Who corrects My Chart?

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — My chart

*2026-03-22, version 11.6.4*

I can never find where I can send a message to my doctor. Therefore I have to call office which is inconvenient for me and assistant.
Why do you keep changing things so it’s hard to navigate

### 1/5 — Scheduling a Mammogram

*2026-01-21, version 11.5.2.1*

Have tried multiple times to schedule a Mammogram on My Chart and it kicks me out each time. I’ve called Central Scheduling and sit on hold because no one is available to answer the call. If you can’t provide people to answer phones, you need to at least make My Chart available for us to use.

### 1/5 — Responsiveness

*2025-12-05, version 11.5.2.1*

Response turnaround times are dismal.

### 1/5 — Not as advertised

*2025-05-23, version 11.2.3*

After hearing my diagnosis from my doctor over the phone, I asked if she would email or text me the medical names and things I had to do. She said no, just check your ‘My Chart’, it’s all right there.
Well, it’s NOT.

### 1/5 — ???

*2024-12-30, version 10.6.3*

No.

### 1/5 — Overly complicated

*2024-07-04, version 10.6.3*

Poorly designed website, links DON’T work. Trash for messages can’t be empty among many glitches, messages not consistent over internet vs smart phone.

### 1/5 — Where can I find my balance owed

*2022-09-29, version 10.1.4.0*

You sent me to collections for $10! I didn’t even know I had to charge! Isn’t this app supposed to help keep people updated with stuff like that, I literally can’t find my balance right now

### 1/5 — Reviewing

*2022-08-28, version 10.1.4.0*

If this is my chart, then, If I disagree with anything said on here it should be removed. I totally disagree with having a conversation with a social worker put on here for anyone to see. It’s a hippa violation law plain and simple.
I disagree with Doctors that are suspicious of a behavior, that is not diagnosed as proof of anything they say on MY Chart.
As the patient, I oppose any personal conversations I have or have had with anyone now or in the future without my permission. I want these conversations and suspicions removed immediately. Dr Chris Hanzaker has put in MY CHART short term memory. False information. He continually has made mistakes in my personal care and should be recorded. I fired him as my family doctor after making as many mistakes as he has. Please remove his diagnosis as again being his suspicion. I had Covid when I saw him. He checked my lungs and sent me home with meds but not for Covid. When I was hospitalized for a week, I was back in emergency. I was sent home with a nubelizer and albuterol. A week into it KNOWING I had and have allergies to inhalers, He called another inhaler in for me to take. He knew the two meds didn’t work together. I about had a heart attack. I knew better. That was the end of his mistakes.
Dr. Joe Wheeler. I had a test I did. I didn’t fail it however test 23. I talked to him afterword. He said if I noticed any change in my behavior to come back in within 12 to 18 months. I never did notice any changes but noticed that he had put MCI in my chart. I noticed it a year later and called him on it.

### 1/5 — My chart

*2022-05-24, version 10.1.4.0*

Funny that a year later messages appear in my chart. Appointments that I have had scheduled on my phone, the dates have changed.
I really don’t trust my chart for information. I have had alerts for new test results and when I check in nothing is there.
I really have not much good to say about Bronson since I’ve moved back after being gone ten years.
I feel like my chart is nothing but a substitute for the personal care and concerns you should be receiving from you doctors office. I shouldn’t have to figure my test results myself.

### 1/5 — My chart fixing the unbroken

*2022-03-29, version 10.1.2.1*

There was nothing wrong with it why did you mess with it? The majority of patients are older and every time you change something that works you loose more and more of us that didn’t grow up with computers.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Valuable tool

*2026-05-21, version 11.7.4*

MyChart is an easy way to keep in contact with my doctors. It saves a lot of phone calls and waiting for return calls when requesting information. It also gives me quick access to test results, visit summaries and requesting medication refills.

*2026-03-22, version 11.6.4*

### 5/5 — Best!!

*2026-03-13, version 11.6.4*

I been using this MyChart sine they make it, and loving everything on it. It was easy to access my records of medical history and allow to add my newborn under me which big help with all the appointments. No need to write down appointments it just there on the app and they send you reminder which help a lots, and filed out information ahead of time E-Checking. I am actively using MyChart just wish they do family allowance to add our partner not just the kids.

### 5/5 — MyChart
