## What is BrookBreath?

Practice breathing with haptic cues.
BrookBreath uses your iPhone’s vibrations to guide your breathing rhythm. Rest your iPhone lightly in your palm and tap Start. Follow the guide within a range that feels comfortable for you.

START WITH A FREE 10-MINUTE SESSION
Slow breathing follows a rhythm of 3 seconds in and 7 seconds out. Try a 10-minute session for free.

CHOOSE A BREATHING MODE
• Slow breathing: inhale for 3 seconds, exhale for 7
• 4-7-8: inhale for 4 seconds, hold for 7, exhale for 8
• Box breathing: inhale, hold, exhale, and hold for 4 seconds each
4-7-8 and Box breathing are paid features.

SIMPLE SESSION CONTROLS
Pause, resume, or stop your session. Use Dim Screen to darken the display while keeping the app open.
The guide pauses when you switch apps or lock your screen, then resumes automatically when you return. A manually paused session stays paused.
