## What is BrookBreath?

BrookBreath is an insomniac app and sleep meditation app that helps you wind down without sound.
Gentle haptic cues guide inhale‑hold‑exhale rhythms like slow breathing, 4‑7‑8 and Box breathing (Plus plan).
Place your iPhone lightly on your hand, tap Start, dim the screen, and follow the vibrations with eyes closed.
If you drift off, that’s fine.

FEATURES

HOW TO USE
1) Place your iPhone on your palm or the back of your hand, or rest a fingertip lightly on it while lying down.
2) Tap “Start.” Breathe in to the light tapping, then exhale slowly with the steady vibration.
3) When you’re comfortable, tap “Dim Screen,” close your eyes, and keep following the cues. If you feel sleepy, it’s OK to fall asleep.

NOTES
• If you switch apps or press the side button, the haptics will stop. Returning to BrookBreath resumes guidance automatically. After a session ends, the device goes to sleep.
• To avoid heat, don’t place the device under a pillow or fully cover it.
