Made finding my program difficult and time-consuming every day. Now I’m trying to cancel my subscription and I can’t even figure out how to do that. The help center doesn’t always know how to help me either. More often than not, I’ve had to figure out on my own how to get it back operating! Right now I’m locked out again, but I see i was charged on the 16th of Aug just like usual! It seems to be nonexistent. I’ve emailed, with no reply. Next step is to call my cc company and block charges.
