Great when they update you, useless when they don’t which is a lot. There’s a petroleum leak in to the River and nothing is posted. Why make the App if  your not going to inform users 
when situations arise. This isn’t the only time this has happened

Quit sending the same alert over and over within like 10 minutes!!!

And quit with the test alerts!!!
