I was told in the store that I cannot cards with alphabets characters at the store and I have to order online so I downloaded the app. But the app only lets you redeem gift cards that are completely numeric. I am stuck and can’t use this gift cards in stores nor can I use them in the app. Maybe the website? Come on it’s 2026.
