Every time I try to sign into the app, it always says my session has expired now it won’t log me in at all. I’ve tried on a different device. I’ve tried on the computer. I tried going through Safari instead of chrome I can’t get into my account. When I tried to reset the password, it’s saying my email address isn’t associated with any account so then I try to make a new account and then it’s saying that there’s an account already with my email address. It really needs fixed.

The app is great when it works but 8/10 I go to use the app to refill my meds it either crashes, won’t load or when it does load it will only go to certain menu options then get stuck.. I’ve checked my internet speed and my cell data and they are fine. Cleared my cache and still have issues.. pretty much just call in my refills now, not worth the trouble of trying to use the app.. fix the issues and you’ll have a good app.

I’ve never even gotten the chance to use the app because every time I sign in it says “ You’re session has expired. Please sign in again .”
Over and over. Never letting me sign in.

This app hasn’t worked from the moment I loaded it.  It cannot locate my prescriptions, and when I scan directly from the bottle filled at Brookshire’s it reports that my number is invalid….junk

App just doesn’t work anymore. It was already a marginal experience, but now is completely unusable.

**Developer response:** Hey Kaboom, we have tested the app on iOS 15 for a few months and most of here at the office are using this OS. Sometimes with major updates we see users reporting strange issues, we recommend you reinstall the OS and set up as a new device. This normally resolves any device level issues with the update. Can you PLEASE fix your app. I can’t even change my reminder settings because it will not pull up from the opening screen. SO FRUSTRATING with this company!!

This app drives me nuts! First of all it takes for ever for app to open. I continually have to put my email and password in even though I have it on show. Then the app might total disappeared and have to do email and password again. Just getting it open is a major ordeal. It takes forever! Sometimes you put password and email in and app freezes. Also If an Rx has no refills and is ordered it doesn’t show up as “getting refilled” so your not sure if you placed the order or not. Out of all the apps I have, this is the most frustrating.

After a few hiccups it seems to be working nicely. I think this will be much more streamlined than the old way of doing things! Every app has to work thru some wrinkles to get smoothed out and I'm quite optimistic about this one. Thumbs-up!
