Brooktree is more than just a workout and meal planning. It’s transformed the way you work with your personal trainer and your fitness.  Everything is on your app. Your workouts, meals, it even communicates with other apps you use and shares the information you need to make sure you’re on track. It sends reminders and alerts.  Just an amazing app for better health and wellness. I’m excited for my next workout!

I love the information that this app gives me. I’m able to stay within my nutritional guidelines & get feedback on my workouts. The other resources such as recipes & small group discussions are very helpful in my quest to obtain & maintain optimal health.
