The app has been a little clunky and fidgety, but the Brosix team has done a pretty good job of addressing most of our issues in a reasonable timeline. ### 1/5 — Log in is impossible through this app. *2024-10-24, version 4.8.9* The app wouldn’t let me log in… ### 3/5 — Secure but works better on PC *2024-09-13* Latest update fixed some annoying bugs, but certain functions still don’t work for me like posting an image. ### 1/5 — Corporate *2024-01-24, version 4.8.2* We use Vrosix company wide. It’s not displaying any messages since they upgraded. It’s very frustrating. Customer service continues to tell us to download the new app and we continue to delete and download a new app. However, nothing is working. It’s always been buggy. It doesn’t display the last message from a different messenger. For instance, if one person messengered me then someone else does before I saw the first person, I would never know about the message. It doesn’t sync from one device to another. I can only use one login. It will log you off. The app needs work and has for over 3 years that I have paid for the service.
