I am completely shocked. This has to be the worst app on the market. No auto correct. No settings. Constantly logs me out. What is the point. Even the desktop software is so old it's almost better to hand out my cell phone number. And don't try to use both at the same time because that will get you nowhere fast. It’s not displaying any messages since they upgraded. It’s very frustrating. Customer service continues to tell us to download the new app and we continue to delete and download a new app. However, nothing is working. They really need to come up with the strategic plan to ensure this app is functional for businesses. ### 1/5 — By far the worst app for enterprise chat *2022-10-30, version 4.7.3* Right now it hasn’t even worked on the iPhone for days. It’s always been buggy. It doesn’t display the last message from a different messenger. For instance, if one person messengered me then someone else does before I saw the first person, I would never know about the message. It doesn’t sync from one device to another. I can only use one login.
