Druckmodus „Lebendig“ - warum gibt es hier nicht mehr Auswahl? Sobald man diese abschaltet, verweigert die App alle Dienste. Es hilft nur, den direkten WLAN-Modus zu benutzen (dann hat die App zwar Ortung, kann sie aber nicht „petzen”). Meine Arbeitsweise ist so, dass die App nicht geöffnet wird (auch nicht nur zum Entwerfen), wenn das Telefon echte Netzverbindung hat. Fazit: Nur ohne Netz nutzbar, bis der unsinnige Ortungszwang verschwindet. PS: Der obere Rand wird abgeschnitten, da muss immer etwas zugegeben werden, etwa ein Millimeter, evtl. auch etwas mehr. ### 4/5 — Happy with my purchase *2024-06-12, version 1.1.2* Love the freedom of designing your own labels. Great for small businesses. Need to work on the colour printing as some colours are off. Need to search the website for a solution. Maybe this is better for people who just want to use templates but I create my own from scratch and find this really plain and actually more difficult to use - funny that. Oh and I lost all my previous labels as for some reason they didn’t allow a crossover or better way to export. Label maker still doing me well though. And for what it is, is great. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Terrible colour and connectivity *2026-05-26, version 1.1.6* App is terrible, colour always looks purple. Changing settings to vivid or adjusting colour settings makes zero difference. Printer keeps forgetting network setting so I can’t connect to it without connecting directly to the devices WiFi. Won’t let me update the printers firmware because I’m connected directly and not via the network. Designed to more or less force you to use the mobile app for an all-round terrible user experience. Just another bit of cheap plastic tech designed to be forgotten on the great garbage pile of history. Complete shambles ### 1/5 — This app has completely ruined AirPrint *2026-04-17, version 1.1.3* I have no idea how or why this has happened, but the app is completely useless now, thanks to a completely incomprehensible reason. The printer (VC-500WCR) is a device I can print to from my iPhone and my Mac, using any app, EXCEPT THIS ONE. Customer support have been no help at all. The app simply will not find or connect to my printer despite it working fine previously. I can use the P-touch editor on my Mac and it sort of works, but it’s not great. This app has seems to be designed to not work if the printer is using AirPrint, or even something more stable like using the ip address for the device. The printer is resizing everything I print despite all settings for scaling being turned off. It’s distorting the images by not sticking to the aspect ratio I have set, constrained proportions turned on, bleed and borders turned off, scale set to 100%, image resized to the exact size I need it to be…it’s not changing anything. It is adding 1-2mm and distorting the printed label. I CANNOT AFFORD TO HAVE THIS PRINTER WASTE THE INSANELY EXPENSIVE PAPER!!! ### 1/5 — Junk *2025-11-28, version 1.1.3* Not only does it waste enough paper for a lot of labels just in turning it on and at the end of the roll but after a year and limited use, in mid print it stopped showing the WiFi signal so now I have a very expensive paperweight and over $100 in useless labels. ### 1/5 — Quand je veux pas quand t’as besoin *2025-09-20* Je suis professionnel je l’utilise toutes les semaines et toutes les semaines j’ai des problèmes de connexion ou autres, en plus elle mange du papier, cette imprimante m’as couté en plus de la dizaines de cartouches à 50€/ pièce que je viens de finir et j’ai donc fini par la mettre à la poubelle, Si vous n’avez pas le temps de paramétrer, reparamétrer et gaspiller votre argent en cartouches alors passez votre chemin !!! ### 1/5 — Seit iOS 18.4...tot *2025-04-10* Vor iOS lief es noch einwandfrei.
