My old Brother printer died. I bought the updated model that was supposed to be compatible with my computer. It isn’t. Tried to hook it up via Wifi with my phone. Doesn’t work that way either. Absolutely useless App!

Nothing works. 

Will have to return the printer tomorrow. Don’t have the time for all these compatibility issues
