Only thing it's lacking is polish in the story and cut scenes but who plays a fighter for the story? ### 2/5 — Promising but super buggy *2014-09-11, version 2.2.2* This game is promising and fun. But its super super super buggy. The game store page is so buggy. I bought 10000credits, but cant scroll down to unlock the character kit i want. Its also hard to make your character face the correct side. Also when i get knocked back i get knocked back once, then teleport/knocked back again. And the moves execution isnt precise. And i cant scroll down my moves list. Great game but so buggy, so very buggy. I still play it but these issues and the game store bug turns me off and i kinda want a refund but i still want to play it despite the bug. Thats how fun/buggy the game is. PLEASE FIX IT. Thank you. ### 4/5 — Not bad! I am hooked now... *2014-02-11* Using a game controller, this game feels like a side brawler on any portable device. Its like an updated version of the original Streets of Rage. Yes the dialogues and scene intros are horrible, but the action is pretty good. The character has good movement on an vertical, sideways platform. Graphics are good, and I like the variety of fighting styles. Can feel somewhat choppy at first, but you get used to it fast. And I played on easy mode. Make the AI stop trying to roll all around everywhere that I can barley hit them. And will it hurt to add some grappling moves? Now it's a good game but please fix stabling issues. When I reached the 3rd cutscenes on end of the tunnel it goes back to the menu . Nothing has improved over the last year another update, with a load of old problems still unresolved. To see how a game like this should play, please see Urban Reign on the PS2. This game has so much potential, but you cannot SAVE, not properly at least. I have bought the same move (super punch, 3000 credits) twice and I still can't equip it! It's so frustrating seeing a game with great graphics, speed, specials and customisation fall apart due to disastrous menu navigation and poor utilisation of the in game shop. Yes the iCloud save seems to be working but if you can't upgrade your character what's the point, you can't progress. The blood, trophies and online multiplayer are welcome additions, but stage selection and character customisation should be simpler, like choosing a wii channel instead of scrolling for ages against a resistive git of a menu.
