BrowserCam Monitor gives an old or spare iPhone a second life as a private camera you can watch and control from any browser on the same Wi-Fi.

No desktop app. No account. No cloud camera setup. Open the app, copy the local address, and use your Mac, PC, iPad, or another phone as the monitor.

It works but you have to put the unit on its side to view it properly on the remote phone. But on the transmitter unit you see it on its side with the image trucated.
