Cette application ne fonctionne absolument pas. L’ancienne application albatros fonctionnait « elle » alors que visuellement c’est la même chose

L’application ne fonctionne absolument pas, impossible depuis 10 jours de réserver un départ, j’ai contacté votre service et je n’ai reçu aucune réponse. Mon constat : flagrant délit d’incompétence et de mépris des utilisateurs.
J’invite les directions de golfs a quitter cette application.

Das letzte Update hatte den Fehler, dass man keine Startzeiten mehr buchen konnte. Auf manchen Endgeräten funktioniert es wieder, auf vielen noch immer nicht. Traurig, dass es Wochen dauert und sich nichts tut. Nicht gut für den Club und erst recht nicht für den Spieler.

Nutze die App seit Jahren. Leider sind manchmal Funktionen wie Startzeit bestätigen nicht verfügbar. Aktuell startet sie gar nicht mehr, man schaut auf den „Bagel“, Buchungen damit nicht mehr möglich

Leider ist der Support mangelhaft und die App verschickt keine Mails für Bestätigungen zum Beispiel von Reservierungen oder Stornierungen.

Nachdem ich meinen Account bei Albatros inklusive Benutzernamen und PW angelegt hatte wollte ich bei verschiedenen deutschen Golfclubs Startzeiten eingeben. Leider Unmöglich. Es kamen ständig Infos, wie „ein Account mit diesem Namen existiert schon“, oder „Benutzername bzw. Passwort stimmt nicht, bitte nochmal probieren“. Der Support per Mail war zwar schnell und höflich, aber nicht wirklich hilfreich. Aus diesen Gründen kann ich diese App leider nicht empfehlen!

Die Benutzerschnittstelle ist nicht optimal. Insbesondere die Ansicht zum Buchen von Startzeiten kann Albatros besser. Es ist ziemlich umständlich wenn man von Stunde zu Stunde flippen muss, anstatt einfach durch den Tag zu scrollen. Die „alte“ App von Albatros war besser…

Tut im Großen und Ganzen, was es soll und ist auf jeden Fall nicht ganz so schlimm wie in einigen Rezessionen geschrieben. Es wäre schön, wenn man das Profilbild in der App ändern könnte. Und der Golfclub Zollmühle wird nicht in meiner Nähe angezeigt. Wie wäre es mit einer Funktion, in der man Favoriten speichern kann und nur diese angezeigt bekommt?
