For example the hamburger menu on the top left is not optimized for iPhone 12+, the restaurant menus are clumsy, and driver tracking is almost non-existent. Trying to locate a sub menu overall is not user friendly. Worst of all, the customer service has been rude in my experience and it seems as if they are calling on a loudspeaker in a toilet making it difficult to understand anything their representative says. Orders are usually late, requiring a minimum of 45 minutes for a restaurant that is 5 minutes away.
