I have way more access than I can ever use to more gyms, studios and saunas than I even knew existed. They have fair policies, good customer service and it feels like the company is really listening to their customers and evolving with feedback to make the experience better all the time. I understand paying the full month of the cancellation but charging again after cancelling completely defeats the purpose of a monthly subscription. **Developer response:** Hello Sarah, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. Unfortunately, over the past year, prices have gone up considerably. Many of the options I used to have on my Black membership tier have been taken away or moved to the “epic membership” where I have to pay significantly more. After being a member for a year, I was told that my student discount would be removed unless I subscribed to a yearly rather than a monthly membership. Overall, the app features some cool and diverse workout opportunities but the overall business model has felt like such a scam and not worth it in the end **Developer response:** Hi, thank you for sharing your experience. I had to cancel due to leaving the country for personal reasons, then received an email that I was going to be charged again for another month, which seems insane since you pay in advance.. I spoke to customer service and they said they couldn’t do anything to help, so I guess unless you’re certain you’re going to be sticking around, I’d recommend cancelling your subscription after every month 👍 ### 1/5 — Horrible App *2024-10-22* The very definition of leeches I gave 3 weeks notice that I wanted to cancel my subscription and they still charged me for the next month and also blocked me so now I can't book any classes!! **Developer response:** Hi! It freezes on every click ### 1/5 — Rekommenderar starkt att gå till konkurrenten *2021-06-01* Om det fanns 0 stjärnor skulle jag med glädje ge Bruce appen det. Min sambo och jag startade Bruce och strax därefter bestämde Bruce att lägga till ”Bruce Black” som självklart kostar mer och där de flesta av de gym och klasser som intresserade oss från början förflyttades till. När vi bad om att få avsluta appen då detta inte var vad vi hade blivit erbjudna när vi ingick avtalet fick vi ett drygt mail tillbaka där vi inte fick dra oss ur men gärna fick uppgradera till Black. Jag har full förståelse för att man ska betala mer för finare gym, träningslokaler etc. Men om man startar ett abonnemang med ett visst utbud, kan man senare inte begära att kunden ska betala mer för att få tillgång till det förstnämnda utbudet. Vi kände oss verkligen lurade och är glada att snart få avsluta ett år av Bruce betalningar. Passa er- snart kommer kanske ett till steg i Brucepyramiden. **Developer response:** Hej Julia, Vårt utbud ändras ständigt och det är oftare vi lägger till nya ställen än ställen försvinner eller flyttas till en annan nivå. Även om vissa studios flyttades från Base till Black, när det infördes, så har det tillkommit massor av nya studios (både på Base, Black och Epic). Vi förstår såklart att det är tråkigt om någon/några av era favoritstudios flyttades till Black men det var något vi var tvungna att göra för att kunna betala dem tillräckligt mycket för att de skulle vilja ha kvar ett samarbete med oss. Vi erbjöd dessutom alla drabbade att uppgradera till Black för ett väldigt förmånligt pris.
