It took my money and did not give me any free coins to use. It actually asked me to put money which I did and when I cashed out I have still not been paid and it took what I left in there to play. It also would not let bid what I wanted to. I have changed my review/opinion several times but all in all this is an ok app. I don’t bet big I don’t win big but I do have small little victories. Did question the cash out method a few times but I will admit my impatience might have had an influence but they do pay. Sometimes not as quickly as others but they got me still coming back occasionally. Customer service is AI though no real human. Hopefully when I win a big jackpot I won’t have issues redeeming if that ever happens. Will be back to let you all know. When attempting to reach support is an AI chat bot tells you to wait patiently while they work to resolve the issue but no timeframe for resolution is given. very disappointing. Furthermore , I won this money literally in the nicking time for my daughters birthday and yet I can’t even not her birthday because I’m still waiting.
