They NEVER have drivers and they will drive right past you when they finally do come 🙄 Don’t waste your time. Uber a more expensive but the will actually come and you can talk to a human for customer service!

It is not worth downloading this app because everytime I went on this app to schedule a ride it said no rides available and when I needed a ride to
My college classes one morning it said that my destination is out of the zone and I honestly feel that this app is pointless and I might as well pay for a uber or Lyft

This Is NOT A Taxi Service!!! This Is A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE RIDE SERVICE. You Cannot Book A Ride On A Scheduled Time!!! My Suggestion Is To Start Looking For A Ride About An Hour Before Your Appointment Time Or Desired Arrival Time @ Which Time You Would Like To Be Somewhere. 

I’ve Been Using Brunswick Breeze For About Six Months & Some Weeks I Take It Every Day. 

As Of Today 2-17-2026 I’ve Yet To Experience ANY Issues Whatsoever. 

If You Have Some Flexibility And A Little Patience You’ll Find Brunswick Breeze An AWSOME Service.
