Having to put in your member id every time you want to do banking is annoying and very inconvenient. ### 2/5 — Never seems to work in the mornings *2026-05-21, version 18.1.0* I always try and use the app in the mornings before I go to work and I am never able to sign in. There is always some kind of error or the app will just boot me out while I’m paying a bill. I never have this issue with other banking apps. ### 3/5 — Login set up took longer than I expected. *2026-02-10, version 17.26.5* If you make a mistake during set up you’re back to square one. And setting up is not really finished. Just did the logging in part. The text in the mobile app is too small. I measured some text at only 1.16mm. And I’m using an iPhone Pro Max size screen. It might be fine on a laptop but on a cellphone screen it is really too small. Please enable YubiKey verification. Text message verification is not that secure. I just got it set up on my iPad Pro 12.9” screen and the small text is still just 1.16mm! Lots of empty unused screen space available. No dynamic sizing in effect, I guess.
