The site denied my password and when I tried to reset the password, never received an email with instructions on how to reset the password. ### 1/5 — Stopped working on an event *2025-12-06* The app asks for update and no other option to do so I hit update since then stopped working that’s sucks ### 1/5 — Hilariously bad *2023-03-31* Its got to be embarrassing for the developers. I can’t get in to see the tickets I purchased. I can log in to the website just fine with no problem but when I try to log into the app with the exact same username and password it keeps telling me it’s not a valid email or password. I’ve even reset it with no success. If it weren’t for COVID I’d just pay at the gate.
