This app doesn’t work. No events are loading. It is pretty much useless at this point. Please fix this. Thanks.

I’ve down loaded the app out in my password as I already had an account. 
All you get is a page that says events and search. 
Searching brings up nothing and searching events all or archived rings up nothing. 
Is it broken. I truly can’t see what I am doing wrong.

I tried to log in with the email and password that I have always used. The site denied my password and when I tried to reset the password, never received an email with instructions on how to reset the password.

Might as well do away with this app. I’m not able to login, says invalid credentials. Nowhere to reset password. I can’t get in to see the tickets I purchased. Very frustrating!!

I have tried several times to login to my Brushfire account from the app. However it says not a valid user name. I am able to log onto my account and a web browser no problem.

Had to delete the app. It never works for me. I can log in to the website just fine with no problem but when I try to log into the app with the exact same username and password it keeps telling me it’s not a valid email or password. I’ve even reset it with no success. If it weren’t for COVID I’d just pay at the gate. So frustrating.

Brushfire account works ok on a browser but not on the app. Tried changing password and updated details. Did everything. Still the app would not log in.

I just used this app to scan tickets at a David Jeremiah event and it worked FLAWLESSLY!  It was easy to teach everyone to use and was speedy. Definitely consider this if you need something to track your attendance!

It would be great if you could check-in all tickets that were purchased together when scanning printed tickets instead of having to scan each ticket separately.
