Even if you’re in a NA clan, the timing for all the events makes it extremely difficult for most NA people. This game is great and I would rate 5 stars, but just overnight, my plan to isolate myself from other players to avoid risking too many unnecessary losses was completely foiled by the shear amount of players that just spawned around my outposts. This was completely frustrating and stopped me from giving the game a 5-star rating. Why does the server have to get way more players over the course of 1 FREAKING NIGHT?! This is the sole reason for the 4-star rating, and it’s soul-crushing in the worst way possible. What is the reason for this? Support team refuses to ban a players cheating and using the cheat engine/script because they spent 20 grand on the game. Rip. ### 1/5 — No Customer Support *2024-10-16, version 1.6.11* There is no customer service in this game no matter what you try in their system you go in you make the report and two minutes later it tells you you haven’t responded for a long time and so they’re closing the window they never answer they don’t address your problems they just receive your message and then the system automatically tells you you haven’t responded so they’re closing the window. I have never in my life encountered a more ridiculous or useless system for customer service on this platform there is no other game that does this at the very least you get generic answers but not in Brutal Age oh no they just ignore you completely so you’re trying to report people cheating in the game and nothing because the system doesn’t recognize any report you say some thing two minutes later you get a reply that you haven’t responded in a long time even though only two minutes of past and the system never answered you. Then you come here and you write a review and the developers respond to you and tell you oh yes there is customer support in the game but there is no customer support and I wish the people who answer on the App Store would give us a way to contact them if they’re so certain of what they’re saying because I can provide screenshots to go with this review to prove everything I’m saying is true the developers lie on the App Store so if you’re down loading this game just be very aware there is no customer support available it’s a waste of your time and money ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Игра в России практически не работает. *2026-08-10* Без обновлений все основные функции игры не работают. Trash. ### 1/5 — Now it’s pay to NOT play *2026-01-17, version 1.9.20* the few actual war events in this war game have become spectator matches most of the time over the last few years, with the matching system so badly broken there are many occasions when we have to just shield up and hide, or sit in the corner and watch the few super servers duke it out. Server war tournament was changed to a ladder with three divisions but they constantly match the weaker elite division against the top legendary division, making the wars unplayable for the elite teams. The devs have got lazy and there is no more excitement in the tournaments. We plead and beg customer service to make fairer matches but are constantly told this takes time and they appreciate our patience while they work on it … but we have been asking for YEARS and it’s only getting worse. Clearly they are doing nothing. Yet they seem to have a lot of time to make new items and spending events, all of which cost money, and that for many of us, will sit unused if we buy them as we are sitting on the sidelines watching the remaining whales. Also basically anything you buy will also be replaced with other items making them basically useless. A gave with super inflation and even more layers of rock mining. They hid items you buy under a popups forcing you to spend rare items and then never gave them back. They offer free items but put up paywalls so you can’t get them. If items are labeled as free they must be free. This is game has false advertising. I reported them to Apple multiple times. I’ve wasted about 8 years playing this game. I’d be willing to give screenshots to anyone taking out a class action suit against them. Stop asking me to contact support and just give me back my items! It costs them nothing to refund the digital garbage they at least owe me. They would rather scam people that do what is right.
