It’s awful and I don’t want to read things like that while I’m trying to play a chill .io game. I know it’s just words, but I find it uncomfortable at best and genuinely upsetting at worst. As expected, the website is basically unplayable on mobile, but I noticed this app existed, so I downloaded it, and it’s PERFECT! It’s just like the online version, but even more seamless, and maybe even easier to play? It’s great to not have banner ads everywhere, it just feels really smooth and fun to play, and it’s a great way to unwind after a stressful day. That said, the banner ads have been replaced with video ads once every few games, which can be frustrating if you’re doing great and then die to something stupid that doesn’t entirely feel like your fault, and then an ad comes up delaying your next round for around 15 seconds. Thankfully though, I use AdGuard DNS, which removes the only thing hindering this app, and making it absolutely perfect and super fun. I definitely recommend this game if you don’t mind ads or have a way to turn them off. (Spoiler alert: turning off your WiFi doesn’t work because it’s actually online with real people and not bots. Turning off your WiFi just means it can’t connect to the server.) TL;DR: Absolutely wonderful game, one of my favorites, and that’s a high bar. The only issue is the ads, which are annoying but can be dealt with (I use an adblocker). If you play without ads, playing this game is a wonderful experience. ### 3/5 — Very good *2024-11-27, version 1.3.8* Very good exept for the ads, everytime i die, i get an add, heres a way you can make money, by making things you can purchase like cosmetics or a subscription so everytime you spawn you start with 2x size, and you can have a limited sheild every day/hour/round. I have so many io games. And tons of them have ads I know how to handle them well and I don’t care about ads and it’s a very good game just the box it doesn’t let you bring your flail in if it’s good so I once got trolled and I like how it looks and I like the arrows that they steal your food and become one piece and don’t give it back. They just make it disappear and you could only grow one like that. I think that’s a good thing.
