Is that really how a company rewards its customers? By telling them to invite their friends, then banning them in the app? I tried contacting support multiple times, then they just removed the feature from my account to chat with a supervisor. I know that it was specifically targeted for my account because I signed into my girlfriends account and everything was fine. I’m extremely disappointed with Bruxie and will most likely never get my bruxie bucks back. Keep your receipt after making a purchase. Send Your Receipt to Our Support Team Open the chat window in the Settings section of our App. Click on the chat icon to start a conversation with our support team and select ‘Rewards’, then ‘Dine In Rewards’ Inform them that you would like to earn rewards points for your dine-in purchase and attach a clear photo of your receipt. Verification and Points Addition Our support team will verify your receipt and purchase details. Once verified, the reward points will be added to your account.
