Let me start by saying that I love Bruxie… so much that I referred almost every single friend I know to get the app. I started to collect so many bruxie bucks, that the app just stopped letting me place orders. Is that really how a company rewards its customers? By telling them to invite their friends, then banning them in the app? 

I tried contacting support multiple times, then they just removed the feature from my account to chat with a supervisor. I know that it was specifically targeted for my account because I signed into my girlfriends account and everything was fine.

I’m extremely disappointed with Bruxie and will most likely never get my bruxie bucks back. Thanks a lot

You now charge a $3 service fee for Togo orders which is probably not charged if you order from the restaurant directly. The app shouldn’t charge you $3 each time to place an order. Most restaurants don’t charge for these things.

Dine at Our Restaurant
Visit our restaurant and enjoy your meal.
Keep your receipt after making a purchase.
Send Your Receipt to Our Support Team
Open the chat window in the Settings section of our App.
Click on the chat icon to start a conversation with our support team and select ‘Rewards’, then ‘Dine In Rewards’
Inform them that you would like to earn rewards points for your dine-in purchase and attach a clear photo of your receipt.
Verification and Points Addition
Our support team will verify your receipt and purchase details.
Once verified, the reward points will be added to your account.
You will receive a confirmation message once the points are added.”

I like Bruxies but the menu doesn’t show how many tenders I’m actually getting. What is actually in “jumbo tenders for 10”? I have no idea
