Their online operating system is very efficient and easily functional. I’ve banked with Bryant for years and have never had an issue. I called and they rectified it but it could have easily been overlooked by me since it was a relatively small amount. Then I’ve had an ongoing IT issue where the site would not sen me the code to log in. Their fix was to remove the 2 factor authentication so that my account doesn’t require a code to log in.
