This app just works without any setup and is super convenient. All of my windows tools to do this broke and after spending an hour debugging that, I was so glad to spend $1.99 and have it taken care of instantly. Such a relief. I opened the app, enabled Bluetooth, and suddenly I was able to control my Index lighthouses without needing to go through the process of entering and exiting SteamVR! Saved me time and effort. No setup required ### 5/5 — Works great, but could use Shortcuts integration. *2023-02-04* I use this app when using a combination of the Quest 2 and Vive trackers. I’ve been very happy with the convenience of being able to shut down my base stations instead than unplugging them every time. I only wish there was integration with Shortcuts. While turning them off manually via the app works well, automating this process would be fantastic. ### 5/5 — Essential App! *2023-01-22* This app is super simple to use and absolutely essential if you have your base stations in your room, especially if your setup makes it difficult to unplug them! My only request would be to add Apple Shortcuts support so we can tell Siri to turn the base stations on or off, or at least a small new-style widget so a one-touch button can be added to my Sleep focus homepage. Please contact me if you like to join the beta program. ### 5/5 — Perfectly solves the problem *2023-01-22* SteamVR has always had issues properly turning on and off base stations and recently got even worse where it doesn’t turn them on most of the time and stopped turning them off. This app does it in 1 second, 30-60 seconds faster than SteamVR ever did. Stop unplugging and constantly open/closing SteamVR in hopes it finally does it, and just use this simple effective app. ### 5/5 — Perfect! *2022-12-24* It’s rare that I’m pleasantly surprised with how simple and straightforward an app is, so I’m writing my first app review in probably a decade just to praise it! I opened it, tapped the button and my base stations instantly powered off. No scanning, pairing or other setup, no navigating menus, no ads, and no unnecessarily inflated app size (could almost fit on a floppy disk!). Just open and push button! With how software design trends have been over the past few years, I almost forgot how simple things can be! **Developer response:** Thank you very much for your review. I would just like to point out that the old base stations 1.0 do indeed send out a pairing request the first time they are accessed. The device pairing is not mandatory, and if you want to access the same base stations 1.0 with several iOS devices I even recommend to cancel the pairing requests. Otherwise base stations need a pairing again with the currently used iOS device. ### 5/5 — Works perfectly once set up *2022-10-26* Exactly what I needed. I have found the Bluetooth for the lighthouses can be finicky with waking up or sleeping from a command from SteamVR. I’ve only had it for a few minutes, but it’s already proven to be just as useful as the Android competitor that I missed having. Yes. However, one week after purchasing the app my card is charged once again by the app developer, and this time it’s charged $11.98 and states “charge one of two”. No where on the apps page, or within the application itself does the developer give the option for any kind of subscription nor does it state anywhere that they will be charging you two more times for a total of $25.95 for an application that’s only a Bluetooth transmitter to one kind of device on the planet. ### 2/5 — Stopped working *2024-06-01* After years of working well this app just no longer turns off my base stations. You can put it to sleep, wake it up, and even use it with Shortcuts, which is incredibly useful. Und wenn eine mal beim Beenden nicht mit in den Sleep Mode geht, bleibt sonst nur Stecker ziehen oder SteamVR nochmal zu starten und wieder zu beenden. Mit dieser App starten alle Basisstationen augenblicklich und gleichzeitig, genauso beim Ausschalten!
