You never know when you might need it. Very grateful to have this new technology! ### 1/5 — Terrible! *2024-10-23, version 4.5* The fact that you have to pay to use this service is disgusting ### 1/5 — Searching for a body. *2024-08-18, version 4.4.4* I get the idea behind the app, but I wish there was even a way to get organizations to sponsor this? Anything. Some of the women who are most at risk, can’t afford $.99 C for 24 hours of safety. I hate to say it, but this app makes me just as mad right now as the reason behind its conception. It’s not help if it’s not helpful. So as I now today search my property for a woman’s body, and I’m trying to find apps we can share around, there’s nothing effective unless you pay. What’s the point? ### 1/5 — I want this to work so bad *2024-07-18, version 4.4.4* I was excited by this app and have been trying to use with clients at risk for dom. vio. situations. It works maybe 10% of the time. There are several issues. It will not send guardian request easily. You have to make several attempts. When checking a location it is rarely accurate or very delayed. I have tried to use this while trying to get law enforcement to a location to just discover they are no longer at the location sent to me when the alarm went off. Please please fix these issues! This app could truly be a life saver!! ### 1/5 — App not working. *2024-05-06, version 4.3.8* I’ve downloaded the app, set up an account, paid for premium subscription, and now when I log in it’s making me sign up again. So I have signed up again, but the screen never changes. I think there’s a bug in the app, as it worked perfectly when I signed up yesterday? ### 1/5 — Buggy and Flat out doesn’t work *2024-03-09, version 4.3.5* Totally unreliable. Tested it at length with my husband. We could not get him connected as my guardian. Deleted and re downloaded the app and it consistently crashed. Could never trust it when it counts. So disappointed because it is a GREAT idea with awesome features advertised. ### 1/5 — Invites don’t work *2023-09-02, version 4.3.5* My neice sent me an invite to be her guardian and no matter how many times we tried clicking in invite link (from both sides) it didn’t work. Very frustrating Also the app doesn’t even show that I am in guardian mode though I selected continue as guardian when I set it up. Very minimal menu items ### 1/5 — can't register *2023-09-01, version 4.3.5* The code does not come when confirming the registration, and then it says suspicious activity. Already wrote about this in the form on the site, but there was no answer. ### 2/5 — Bad first impression *2023-07-12, version 4.3.3* . I was unable to even login due to the screen not scrolling to allow verification input. Attempts to adjust the screen led to me being locked out. Maybe it’s because the app is so old even if it claims updates in the last year….also, the app support page linked in the app no longer exists. ### 2/5 — Does not work *2023-07-06, version 4.3.3* Subscription to premium never worked - charged me for free trial & then didn’t activate. In theory seems nice but every time I click anything in the app at all it says it’s a premium feature then asks me to pay. After paying it doesn’t activate.
