BSB Interval is a fully customizable interval timer for archery and shooting sport training, built for BogenSport Bietigheim e.V. TWO TRAINING MODES Classic Mode: The proven load/rest timer with sets and rounds — preparation time, load, rest, set changes, all freely adjustable, including optionally increasing or decreasing durations per round. Builder Mode: Build your own training sequence completely freely from any number of blocks — each with its own name, duration, color, and icon. Blocks can be grouped together and repeated as many times as you like. Choose between two run-screen styles: a large, calm countdown in the Classic style, or an interactive filmstrip that shows the whole sequence — including tapping directly to jump to any part of your training without interrupting the timer. 20 READY-TO-USE ARCHERY AND SHOOTING EXAMPLE TIMERS Ready-made templates for shot-sequence technique, anchor training, hold and strength endurance, shot series, competition preparation, concentration training, and more.
