Even with sound notifications turned on in my Iphone 17, I still do not receive sound notifications for shifts. As a result, I have missed several shifts. Can that be looked at please?

It’s getting better than before, software runs smoother, better choice of colours and more updated features.

Even with all notification and sound settings correctly enabled on my iPhone (iOS 18), the app doesn’t make any sound when a new shift becomes available. I’ve double-checked everything: notifications are on, sound is on, Focus is off, and the phone is not in silent mode — but still, no alert sound.

Because of this, I’ve missed several important shifts, which affects my work and income. Maybe for you it’s not a big issue, but for me it is. Please fix this or add a proper sound option for alerts.
