It is not your employees that deserve this poor rating, it is your policies.  Charging for inactivity, regardless of automatic deposits, reeks of a greedy policy.  My partner says that Key Bank doesn’t charge for inactivity.
Also, your system is set up so that our password expires every 6 months regardless of other measures like your security questions and facial recognition. Unlike other financial institutions, you do not notify when passwords need to be changed.  Where is the customer service here?
I have 6 other financial accounts in the U.S. and none of them go to these unfriendly customer service measures.  Poor service.

Get an email telling me online banking is ready to use. Try to log in, credentials locked. Also very low floor limit for mobile deposits $1,000 per day. You can deposit at the branch as much as you want just wait the hold time. I use mobile banking for business. Had a check for $1700 that would not go through on mobile. What good is this for contractors who are self employed and they try to deposit a check for a kitchen renewal. Been a customer for 25 years. Nothing but a hassle in the last month with passing the buck, unanswered questions and unbelievable excuses.

This app is usually okay but lately it says the certificate isn’t trusted and won’t let me log in to my account. It force shuts down and I’m stuck not being able to log on quickly on my mobile device!! Please fix

Tellers and managers are exceptional at what they do.  Also very easy banking on-line.  I love this bank!  Recommend to anyone looking to change banks.  I’m speaking of the Middleburgh office

This app is not user friendly and I should be able to schedule a transaction anytime even if it takes places next business day I should be able to schedule it.

I have no problem with the app it’s the customer service that I have issue with. Between “I don’t know” Britney and not getting my phone calls or emails returned,  luckily I have time to show up at the bank.  otherwise I’m not confident I would get Customer Service.
