The app is constantly doing some kind of "over the air" updating when you try using it. For some reason it doesn't only update from the app store updates like normal apps. Then when using touch ID/Online Banking BSNB makes you change your password every 6 months or more depending on updates and account notifications.. To get back into your account you must call and answer 10 minutes worth of security questions every time after you most likely have no idea anymore what your actual password is, and get locked out once again from the app and online banking. I'm so sick of dealing with this ridiculous security I'm ready to close my account. I am not a multimillionaire,I don't want 250 layers of security every time I am forced to call again or to constantly change my password!
