Bonjour,
Pourriez-vous remettre l’ancienne version ? On ne comprend plus rien, sous pretexte de rendre « plus joli » …avant pour defiler entre les semaines, il fallait juste defiler et la maintenant il faut selectionner des dates pour avoir acces aux semaines précédentes ou suivantes.
Au secours …
Cetait si simple, si bien. Les cours étaient visuellement allegés, on comprenait bien là c’est surchargé d’information…

Io attivo la geolocalizzazione e mi mostra eventi a Marsiglia. La mia compagna vede gli eventi correttamente nella nostra città, ma quando fa il login ogni evento scompare, pagina bianca. App pessima!!!

Not sure why the app chooses to show results in Reunion. I have enabled location services for when using the app but it does not show local options at all :/

Von dem Unternehmen B-Sport können wir leider nur abraten. Häufig werden Absprachen nicht so eingehalten, wie sie ursprünglich vereinbart wurden. Termine und Fristen werden regelmäßig nicht eingehalten, und die Kommunikation ist sehr träge – auf Antworten wartet man teilweise mehrere Tage.

Eine Beschwerde- oder Service-Hotline existiert nicht. Bei Mängeln oder Problemen wird man teilweise wochenlang vertröstet, während man dennoch immer wieder zur Zahlung aufgefordert wird, ohne dass die Anliegen oder Probleme zuvor geklärt sind.

Der Fokus liegt eindeutig auf dem Finanziellen und nicht auf Kundenzufriedenheit oder Serviceorientierung. Daher können wir in keiner Weise empfehlen, mit diesem Unternehmen zusammenzuarbeiten, und raten dringend davon ab, B-Sport zu nutzen.

I used this app on my old iPhone 7 and it was working fine. I have a new iPhone 16e, and now the app doesn’t work anymore. I tried to delete it and start again, still doesn’t work… How can I fix the problem?

An sich eigentlich eine tolle App, ausreichend für das, wofür man sie braucht. Allerdings gibt es hier Probleme bei der Anmeldung. Auf dem Handy funktioniert alles problemlos, auf meinem iPad allerdings kann ich mich nicht mehr anmelden, angeblich kein Benutzerkonto mit der Mailadresse angelegt. Das ist bei beiden meiner Konten (Lehrkraft & Mitglied) so. Komischerweise kann ich mich auf dem Handy in beide problemlos einloggen ….

No ability to delete a sport studio even if not used for years. I mistakenly bought a pack of classes to my old studio because I can’t delete it, and now no way to get my money back. Studios should be wary of using this - no customer support for end users either, only the studios.

La mise à jour a rendu la réservation des cours et la programmation sur les semaines totalement illisible. C’est chargé d’informations inutiles, tout prend trop de place. Il faut scroller indéfiniment pour voir les cours sur la semaine au global … la précédente version était 1000 fois mieux. Pourriez-vous la remettre s’il vous plait ?

The latest update, from two days ago, made the app bad. I used to love the app. The latest update made it unintuitive and hard to use. Visually speaking, it’s not good. Frankly, the old version was one of the best sport apps out there, I would advise reverting back to it.

I created a login for a local studio and now all results have vanished in the search bar. The studio was showing up, and now I’m only getting results in France and I can’t navigate back. The UX is really frustrating

Attention!! N’utilisez jamais ce système pour votre studio. Ils prélèvent sans votre autorisation, prétexte des erreurs pour justifier le prélèvement, rembourse 20 jours plus tard et jamais exactement le montant prélevé. Impossible d’avoir une personne qui prend ses responsabilités avec réponse claire au téléphone. Espère que vous vous épuisez dans vos relances. 4 interlocutrices en 1 mois et toujours pas de réponse à mon problème. Bref à éviter!!!

Nichts funktioniert. Vermisse die sorglose Zeit, als wir noch bei Eversports waren. Ich bereue den Wechsel zu Bsport extrem. Im Verkaufsgespräch wurden Versprechungen gemacht, die nicht gehalten werden. Push up Benachrichtigungen, SMS, … Klappt alles nicht. Wenn man den Support kontaktiert, kriegt man auch selten eine hilfreiche Antwort. Kritik wird null ernst genommen und nichts wird verbessert. Extrem nervig.

I downloaded this app because I travel a lot and work out in different places. I booked a class in France and I cannot see it in the app even though I have on my location service I can’t even find the venue. ClassPass is so much better!! don’t waste your time

Ich bin irritiert über die schlechten Rezensionen hier. Aber bekanntlich sagen ja oft nur Meckerer ihre Meinung und zufriedene Kunden sagen nichts. Ich bin jedenfalls mit meinem Kursstudio eine sehr zufriedene Kundin. Die App ist selbsterklärend und auch die Kundenverwaltung und Zahlungsabwicklung ist wirklich gut. Support ist auch schnell und hilfsbereit.
