I’m submitting a paper timesheet to my boss this week because this app won’t allow me to scroll down to the “description” text box to type a required comment. I’m only back on the mobile app because the DESKTOP app is having other problems!! This company deserves to go under and i am amazed that it hasn’t already. If you plan to use this for your company don’t because it seems like a cash grab app. Horrible user interface, app crashes everytime and if you don’t save it good luck putting it back in. Also the timesheet part is so hard to navigate and see what your doing. Try to use it to not get in trouble with HR and doesn't work most of the time. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Unusable *2026-04-02, version 1.1.10* I’m not a person that unnecessarily gives bad reviews, but this is necessary. This app actually does not work. Firstly the UI is confusing and glitchy, trying to enter any data is a fight. Secondly if you try to edit anything there is a 50/50 chance it either saves your edit or deletes the entire entry. Lastly if you record something on desktop, which actually works, but try to edit it in the app it will delete the whole entry 9/10 times. It isn’t an exaggeration when I say this is the single worst app I have ever used. It isn’t hard to make a simple data entry app yet somehow bst has managed to do it. ### 1/5 — The worst app *2025-12-05, version 1.1.10* I’m not sure why my company or any company for that matter, requires anyone to use this app. It crashes frequently, rarely works, and is very unreliable. A recent update now makes it so I can only see the overall hours on a timesheet but I cannot actually review the charges, the latter of which was the point of this app. What’s the point of this app now? ### 1/5 — Very poorly designed *2024-09-13, version 1.1.8* Too many issues to list them all, so much basic stuff wrong that would be so easy to fix, but in the almost 3 years I’ve had to use this for work, nothing has been fixed. Interface is terrible, no command is in a logical place, there are numerous things you should absolutely be able to do but can’t, you can’t read the full text of items, the search function almost always fails to find even things you know are there, screen jumps up and down sometimes while typing into fields, app will log you out with no warning and you won’t be able to log back in without closing and restarting the app, buggy, laggy, irritating, generally just not remotely for purpose. Worked once (barely) and now it doesn’t allow me to enter info into timesheet. It’s just a white screen. You can’t be surprised that a program with DOS-like graphics can’t build an app, let alone one that is user friendly! Always crashing, nearly impossible to load time or comment on staff entries. I prefer to I put on the computer, and only use it to finalize timesheets, etc when I’m on the go. Needs to add feature like recalling timesheets, and using thumbprint to login.
