Next I will wait 5 business days to see if the issue has been resolved and I can then stop contributions I hope. ### 1/5 — Difficult *2026-02-05* This app is very difficult to use I get to verifying email and then it will not proceed past that point, I logged on website to sign on and no place is there a spot where you can pay for your benefits while on short term disability. Just giving false prompts to install an updated version while AppStore doesn’t show any update. My correct email doesn’t work. It says it will send me a validation code or link to my email and it doesn’t. I checked all my folders and the “resend email” link in the app doesn’t work either! Just click the link in the email and it redirects you back to the app and nothing else no verification no account access nothing. They will allow fake phone numbers to be added to your acct. They will offer broken payment features which don’t provide a ‘SAVE’ button after you’ve entered sensitive financial info. The phone number for assistance will lock you into a perpetual loop of total frustration.
