App logs me out without notice and I miss calls. Can’t send texts or do conferencing only calls due to a “temporary server issue”. It’s not temporary, it’s permanent. With hundreds of contacts in the directory it is impossible to know who is calling you. The latest update has made the keypad so small on an iPhone my husband’s sausage fingers keep hitting the wrong numbers. Used to be easy to do things like change a ring order but now that option is buried away in a menu system you have to drill down through. Stop changing things for the sake of change. Trying to escalate with BT seems impossible. This is if you even get to the connection stage. What about if you don’t have enough different numbers to ring??? It gets in a loop and the caller cannot get through to you at all. Tried to watch videos on Ring Central - awful audio, could hardly understand what they were saying (American Accent) and it didn’t help at all. Works almost flawlessly for us. App does, like all voip, require a reasonable signal with 3 or 4G to function without fault. Great for posing as being in the office when you could actually be anywhere in the world. ### 5/5 — Really good technology BT Cloud has given us wings *2019-01-28, version 10.3* Our business has operated BT cloud for the last year and have found it to be a great benefit. We no longer need to be in an office to receive a call to our landline and any of our operatives can receive a call giving live support. If no one takes a call the message service cuts in and we are alerted. The system has given us wings to be more efficient and flexible. We are all in different places in the world with our business and with the BT app I can contact each partner immediately or have a conference call with both. Being able to do this speeds up the decision and execution process of tasks.
