I then have to delete the app and reinstall Now it won’t send emails This has been going on for ever. This can be spotted by checking the Outbox, it should be empty but every so often it jams up. To fix it, you have to delete the App and reinstall the App. It can be a nuisance if you are expecting a reply to an email and it never sent it! So you have to get into the habit of checking the Outbox is empty or jammed up. For the developers: IOS is updated as soon as latest version is released and available to download/install. This is a bug that has been around for a long while. July2026 - the App continues to fail to send on occasions requiring a delete and install to clear the issue. ### 1/5 — Was working isn’t now *2026-07-20, version 25.4.0* Last week the app worked, this week got a timed out message, tried to log in again but it keeps telling me something went wrong. I’ve given up using the App until a new version is issued. I’m using Outlook which has its own limitations but at least it works reliably. Often tells me my session has expired but never allows me to log in again. If I manually try to log out it says I have no internet connection. So I’m stuck and the only way around this is to delete the app and reinstall it or use their equally clunky webmail.
