Customer service is none existent. Do not consider for business ### 1/5 — Absolute rubbish *2019-06-14, version 2.1.14* To be fair the app might be the best on the App Store but the fact you can’t log in means I’ll never know, can log in on the Wi-fi app and web portal no problem but this app is so secure it won’t even let you log in to your own account. ### 1/5 — Utterly useless *2019-01-08, version 2.1.14* I downloaded the app, entered my email address and password, and it won’t even let me log in!!! ### 1/5 — Nice idea *2018-08-24, version 2.1.14* Our company has just migrated 35 connections to BTonephone, two of us so far have tried this App and can’t get passed the login which tells you, you have failed authentication with wrong user name or p/w and the only option is to change the P/w and go round in a circle. Strange the same credentials get you access to the web portal! ### 2/5 — Good functionally in desperate need of a update *2021-12-22, version 2.1.14* Does it’s job well but looks like it’s about 10 years out of date, come on BT I’m sure it wouldn’t take much to refresh it for a premium service this is a budget app. ### 3/5 — Needs work *2020-06-02, version 2.1.14* Despite having access to my phone contacts, all received calls where numbers are stored on my phone are show as numbers only, not the persons name. So on missed calls, I have to search for the number on my phone contacts to see who called. in addition, on many occasions missed calls are not shown on my phones integral home app. Names are only displayed for other contact company members within the BT ONE PHONE echo system. The above is only an issue experienced since moving to BT ONE PHONE. ### 5/5 — Login issue solution *2020-01-19, version 2.1.14* Having issues logging in? Use 44 instead of 0 at the start of the number.
