I attempted to seek help through the non-mobile friendly website, and was constantly lead back to the same page where help cannot be sought. Very frustrating ### 4/5 — Term deposits *2024-10-24, version 22.0.106* When viewing ‘Investments’ , term deposits should present in maturity date order so that next maturities are clearly visible. In fact, they present in date of lodgement which is of no great relevance when managing cashflow. I would give the app’ a 5 except for fact that randomly search/buy term deposits shows no results both on the app’ and Windows browser - phone support is useless, they don’t seem to believe that maybe something is wrong with BT Panorama system, and insist it must because I am ineligible to invest in that category even though my investment profile has not changed - and i am also invested in risk assets - yet TD’s are a basic stable conservative asset. It really annoys me that they don’t want to discuss any further because ‘they can’t give advice’. I say that I am not asking for advice, just asking them to refer it to the programmers, but it never happens. ### 2/5 — Get sign in sorted *2024-09-03, version 21.0.118* This app is so frustrating how the quick sign in goes in a loop after an iOS up grade requiring sign in from scratch ### 2/5 — Stopped working! *2024-07-03, version 21.0.118* It won’t let me login anymore. Constantly getting errors. ### 1/5 — The thief *2024-04-04, version 20.0.84* That one is steal the money don’t put your money in ### 4/5 — Reliable app for tracking balances, transactions and investments *2023-12-30* I would point out though that the ‘toggle’ to include external investments in the investments valuation works fine BUT the toggle setting is not strictly saved (although the app says it is after ‘Save Settings’). Whenever you login, although the toggle still shows ‘Include external investments’, the valuations do not include the external investments. It is necessary to disable the toggle, then reset it for every session. **Developer response:** Thank you for the feedback. The Save Settings options have been enhanced to save settings each time you login. I contacted the team and they seemed to have fixed the problem as I just open the app as normal.
