An account is required to use this product. It’s just a battery tester, an account should not be required. Also, the terms/license agreement was blank, that’s a pretty good indicator of buggy software and a terrible user experience.
Charging Test still needs to be updated
The charging system test results is in reverse order it displays the unloaded system and loaded system voltage in the reverse order. Step 1 displays loaded voltage step 2 displays unloaded. Additionally, the results of this test are coded incorrectly what you are looking for here is a sustained drop under load over time say above 0.5 volts.
