Ok let me calm down lol ok I’m fine now but it’s just.......I don’t now I don’t want to spend all my time on this one reviews lol but the point is it dose not....WORK!!!! ### 5/5 — Problems *2020-12-04, version 1.0.4* The app used to work so well but recently I changed phones and now when even I wanna use the app I can’t because I have to input my lamp’s code, but I forgot... edit: the code for all lamps is “123456” if anyone is having trouble :) ### 5/5 — ADORBSSS *2020-11-01, version 1.0.4* ABSOLUTELY AMAZING AND ADORABLE! This is so adorable not only because it’s bt21 but I just love how it’s made. Yeah the game crashes a few times but not a lot like these other people say. It all depends on your device I promise! It’s such a good game though! 감사합니다!! 💜 ### 2/5 — App issues make lamp useless *2020-06-18, version 1.0.4* I haven’t used the lamp in months and now it’s telling me that I need to connect using the code for the lamp. I had to throw out the box and booklet after they got destroyed. But the lamp should have been fully registered. I know I have a new phone since I last used it but this is insane. I can’t so much as even change the color on it unless I unplug it and plug it back in hoping it auto changes to something else!!! ### 2/5 — Not working...again. *2020-05-29, version 1.0.4* Hi, the app randomly started not finding my lap anymore. I’ve been trying to connect it for a few days now and I’m not sure what’s wrong bc is everything is connected. Thanks! ### 1/5 — New version *2020-03-30, version 1.0.4* Everything was going well until the latest version or update of the app, my smart map doesn’t appear to be registered anymore like before. the smart lamps name still appears on the “register mood lamp” however, whenever i tap it, the app closes and restarts. I’ve tried uninstalling; uninstalling and resetting the lamp itself, forgetting device and reentering it, nothing works... i spent so much on the product itself and shipping fee, i also just got it recently, hope my efforts and money doesn’t go to waste... ### 1/5 — Worked for months but suddenly doesn’t work anymore *2020-03-28, version 1.0.4* I hadn’t had any issues with the lamp since receiving it months ago. It connected and the app worked perfectly! Recently, my lamp hasn’t shown up as connected on the app, and I cannot reconnect it. When I try to register the lamp again, the app crashes. It still works by tapping on the lamp, but that’s really inconvenient and you can only cycle through the pre-set colors. The app is basically useless and just taking up storage space on my phone now. ### 3/5 — Lamp Unregistered *2020-03-27, version 1.0.4* It keeps crashing and my lamp is unregistered :( I need it to work again for me ## Frequently asked questions about BT21 SMART LAMP ### What can I do with the BT21 SMART LAMP app?
