Small investment, good return on what was invested, able to withdraw BTC and is pretty fast. It was looking like an app you could invest a little more money in, but just over a month ago, the rewards for the month almost halved. I sent an email to the address in app as that is the only support method available and had no response in almost two weeks. And now in that time the rewards have reduced by almost a third again. I understand there is no guarantee of rewards, but such a huge drop needs an explanation I think, but their “support” seems non existent! Even looking through reviews here I found another email that was posted, but apparently that doesn’t exist, so forced to write a review in the hopes I get some answers. ### 1/5 — BTC Cloud Miner *2026-08-13* Not good I bought 24 plans and after a week or so noticed my hourly earnings go down so I started documenting and sure enough down and down. The TH/s stays a permanent number but not the hourly earnings. I wrote them no reply. Debating if I should try to get refunded. Also when I first got the app they were offering people free packages for good reviews. I paid for higher mining hash rates but compared to other apps the rate of mining is slow.
