The user interface is easy to navigate, and I’ve had no problems sending or receiving BTC. However, the fact that I don’t control my private keys is a downside for me. Unfortunately for me, I invested 65,000 GBP worth of bitcoin with a fraudulent company. I was happy to watch my account grow to 240,000 GBP within a couple of weeks. But i didn't realize i was dealing with a scam company, until i tried to make an attempt to withdraw. I made a withdrawal request, and noticed my account was suddenly blocked for no apparent reason. I tried contacting customer support, but all to no avail. I needed my money back at all cost, because i could not afford to let it go. So i tried all possible means to make sure i recovered my scammed bitcoin. I did a lot of online search for help, and tried to see if there were other people who had any similar experience. The support department said they will issue a refund, but that was like 16 hours ago. I’m freaking out as I recently broke my neck and am trying to turn some of my extra funds for some profit to pay the medical bills. How soon before a refund is completed? Does the credit go to my Freewallet or back to the initial sending wallet on Bl*ckcha*n? Besides that, it’s a cool app and if I can get my refund sooner than later, I will update this review to 5 stars and continue to buy more BCH on this app as they make it fun and easy.
