No, that is not even close to the truth. What you will get are coupons that offset a tiny portion of fees for trading crypto futures. Basically, in order to get your $70 bonus, you will have to have traded tens of thousands of dollars in futures contracts and by then you will have paid them over 9x that amount in fees.
