## What is bTChatty2?

Welcome to bTChatty2 (bTC2) 
The messaging platform for bTChatty members, now available on iOS!

Connect with fellow bTC members through secure, real-time messaging. Share photos, customize your profile, and stay connected with push notifications for new messages.


Note: This app is not related to cryptocurrency, does not support crypto trading, and the name bTC2 is not associated with any digital currency.

### 1.2.4 — 2026-08-01

-Fixed an issue where leaving a conversation added a duplicate
  screen to the app's history instead of returning to your chat
  list. Over time this built up and caused the app to use more
  memory and data in the background.

-Reduced background network activity, which improves battery
  life and responsiveness during longer sessions.

-Returning to your chat list is now smoother and no longer
  flashes a loading spinner.

-Fixed leaving a group chat sometimes leaving the old
  conversation in your back history.

-Send friend requests by scanning QR via in-app camera mode
-Added Japanese language support
-Optimized performance via intelligent local data caching
