This app is a great app once you become familiar with all the menus and settings. I was completely unfamiliar with this radio, aprs, signaling, etc. it took me about four weeks playing with the radio and app off and on. But now that I know how to use the app, it’s very easy to use and I like all of the apps features. By the way, if you are stuck shoot support an email. BTech support is amazingly good!

App works great but to reconnect on an iPhone you have to go to Bluetooth settings and forget the connection each time you want to reconnect the radio otherwise it doesn’t work.

Unfortunately the iOS app doesn’t work very well. When I first downloaded the app for my iPhone and iPad it was a pretty good “no frills” app. Then they pushed out a major upgrade that was seriously defective. Two days ago (23 Oct 2025) they released a patch. The app still isn’t working properly. 

I’m starting to wish I had bought one of the big three radios.
