The BTND brand is all about positivity, community, and growth. So it makes sense that these characteristics also define the new BTND app. It’s designed to meet you where you’re at — whether you’re a beginner or pro. I’m somewhere in between (though nowhere close to pro level), and it’s what I’ve been looking for. Great variety of exercises, easy to navigate UI and, maybe most importantly, ways to connect with others - if you want - to help keep you motivated, feeling and living better the next day.
