App is very easy to use,  but wish there was an option to sych it with the calendar on your phone!

Honestly a great app to book reservations. 2 suggestions. First is around the ability to add Calendar invites when you book sessions. Second is to be able to select which instructors you prefer and not prefer. Right now you can filter out instructors that may not click with you but with new instructors added over time, they are missed due to the filtering.

No impact and multiple muscle tension at the same time. You feel it, get a good sweat, and the soreness diminishes after a few classes. Added benefit is the stretching.

Just took my third class ever at btone and while there is a learning curve. It was so great to know the instructor and the Toney's had my back.  The teacher was on top of it with modifications and balance poles and great advice and the experienced Toney's next to me kept an eye out. What a great community. I'll be back.
